I bought this cape because the costume I was wearing had a stupid chintzy cape with it. I loved the quality of the fabric and the length of this cape. However, the TIE broke the first night I used it so I didn't even get to wear it the whole night. :-( The material was just too heavy for the tie.

Cape for a vampire
This cape is entirely useful for Halloween. it's not chintzy although it takes a while for the wrinkles to shake out.
