Bought this for my 4 year old niece to wear to my daughter's Alice in Wonderland-themed birthday party. Obviously, my daughter was Alice so her cousin who is only 11 months younger got to be the Chesire Cat. She is very petite but the headband fit perfect. The tail was nice and fluffy but is a little stiff. She still loved it and wore it all day. Glad I bought it.
