Rhode Island Novelty Pearl Necklaces (12-Pack)

This Kids & Baby give to us some advantages, like this :
1. (12-pack) misleading
The description line says 12-Pack, so I ordered 2 packs for a 1920's birthday party so that all the ladies could have a set or 2. I only received two necklaces. So for that price I could have bought a better set.

2. So-So
For the price I wasn't expecting much, but this is really cheap. I'm wishing I would have waited and went to the party store to grab a necklace. It will work for Halloween but then it's trash.

Need more appointment... ?
Smells
Has a very strong chemical/paint ordor. I tried washing it with dish soap and still smells. Didn't feel comfortable giving to children with such a strong odor.
