Perfect for Gift
I bought this as a gag gift for my brother who is obsessed with these "fun bags." The price was perfect for what they are. They are foam, not plastic like I thought, BUT a good foam. Note the strings. I am not sure how one should try to wear them as they just hang but, someone could easily figure something out. If you're looking for something great and cheap, these are for you! I received the item fast and it was great quality for the price!
