I bought this for my 11-year-old son who needed a quick and easy Perry costume. It is a bit large since it is an adult hat. He put a Fedora on top and it was perfect! The previous reviewer had problems with paint "stains" on the tail and body of this hat. I did not have this problem. There is 1 yellow (tail color) paint smear on the "body", but that is all. This hat arrived pretty squished up, so it doesn't hold it's form well, even when worn. I do not think it is worth the price, but, as an Amazon Prime member, I did receive free shipping. Not worth returning, and my son will have fun with it.

My son wore this for Halloween. It looked great, and he was excited about it. It is great quality. Fits youth and adult.
