1. Not Very Realistic
This item is okay but if you want something very realistic then this item is not it. Very cheaply made and you will need to add your own fake blood to make it look even remotely realistic. I would not purchase again.

2. Great quality, very fun
Bought it for a group halloween gag, and it does exactly what you hope it would. Bloody tissue, exposed brain, realistic enough to creep people out and also make people laugh afterward. Plus, I have reused it since halloween for another fun costume idea, definitely worth it!
